Step 1: Start the Password Reset Process
If you forgot your password, click the Forgot password? link on the Sign-In page.
Step 2: Request a Password Reset
You will be redirected to the Reset Password via Email page. Enter your email address and click OK.
Step 3: Check Your Email
Within a few minutes, you will receive an email from Basefund with the subject line Reset Password Instructions. Open the email and click the Reset My Password link.
Step 4: Set a New Password
You will be directed to a page where you can create a new password. Enter your new password and click Change Password.
Step 5: Sign In
After successfully updating your password, you will be redirected to the Sign-In page. Enter your email and new password to log in to your Basefund account.
