How to Manage Transparency in Basefund

Guide to managing financial transparency for clients in Basefund. Access transparency tools, edit proceeds, and maintain municipal bond financial data.

Step 1: Access the Dashboard

After logging into your Basefund account, look at the right-hand side of the dashboard where you’ll find the Add Client column.

Step 2: Select a Client

Click on the client you've added to view and analyze their performance.

Step 3: Navigate to Transparency Management

On the left-hand side of the screen, click the Transparency icon to go to the Transparency Management page.

Step 4: Manage Transparency

On the right-hand side, select Manage Transparency to access the transparency management tools.

Step 5: Access Financial Transparency

You’ll be directed to the Financial Transparency page for the specific client (e.g., XYZ School District). Here, click the Edit button to proceed.

Step 6: Edit Proceeds

You’ll now be taken to the Edit Proceeds page for the client (e.g., XYZ School District).

Step 7: Enter Financial Data

Fill in the necessary data related to the municipal bond in the provided table. Once completed, click Save to finalize your updates.
