How to Manage Call Dates in Basefund

Learn how to view and manage callable bond dates in Basefund. Navigate to callable summary and track your next call date for debt payments.

Step 1: Access the Dashboard

After logging into your Basefund account, locate the client you added on the right-hand side of the dashboard.

Step 2: Open the Client

Click on the client’s name to access their dashboard.

Step 3: Navigate to Days Until Next Payment

In the client dashboard, find the Days Until Next Payment section and click the Details option.

Step 4: View Callable Summary

You will be directed to the Debt Service Payments page for the selected client (e.g., Harlandale Independent School District). On the left-hand side, click the Callable Summary option.

Step 5: View the Next Call Date

You will be taken to a page displaying the next call date for your upcoming payment.
