How to Manage Ratings in Basefund

Step 1: Access the Dashboard

After logging into your Basefund account, locate the Add Client column on the right-hand side of the dashboard.

Step 2: Select a Client

Click on the client you’ve added to open their dashboard and analyze their performance.

Step 3: Navigate to Underlying Ratings

On the left-hand side of the screen, click the Underlying Ratings icon.

Step 4: Manage Transparency Ratings

You will be directed to the Client Underlying Ratings page. On the right-hand side, select the Manage Transparency Ratings option.

Step 5: Edit Transparency Ratings

You’ll be directed to the Financial Transparency page for the selected client (e.g., XYZ School District). Scroll down to the second table and click the Edit button.

Step 6: Edit Proceeds

You will be directed to the Edit Proceeds page for the client (e.g., XYZ School District).

Step 7: Enter Municipal Bond Data

Fill in the required data related to the municipal bond in the provided table, then click Save to finalize your changes.
